We provide innovative IT infrastructure services for companies in the international Generali Group. Our core competencies are the development of customer-oriented solutions as well as the stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure services, i.e. servers, networks, telephony/call centers, workplace environments and mobile solutions. On an international level you will work in the field of Networking (LAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, ISE and VPN). Together with an international team you are in charge of network solutions. You are responsible of design, deployment, automation and operation of our network services.

What challenges can you expect?

Full technological responsibility (operations, 2nd level support and lifecycle management) of the network environment
Processing of incoming service requests
Participation in the change, incident management and problem management process
Maintenance and further development of operational documentation

Which skills do we expect?

Vocational training in Communication Systems and Networks or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Knowledge, experience and interested in Networking technologies
Knowledge of Cisco Networks Switching, Routing, Firewalling, WLAN, ISE with Catalyst Center (aka DNA-Center) and Meraki
Network monitoring knowledge
German (spoken and written) and Level B2 in English
Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skills
Team spirit and willingness to travel on business

Salary

At least 64.603,20 € gross per year for 38,5 hours per week. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards - we agree on your actual salary depending on your education and experience.
